Happy New Decade from Uffington Village Hall.

MANY THANKS to all those who participated in the 175 club in 2019, which raised an amazing 1￿,487 for the village hall, funding essential structural work and activities that place the village hall at the heart of the community. Future funds will go towards the daily upkeep of the hall, and projects such as repairing the stone wall that faces the car park and fixing the front and rear gates so that they open and close more easily.

The renewal/application forms for 2020 were delivered before Christmas so please fill them in ASAP, together with a cheque for ￿2 for the whole year, made payable to Uffington Village Hall. Please make a note on your form if you wish to retain your current number(s) and deliver it to Neil Jones at 77 Main Rd, Uffington, (near the Bertie) as the first draw is in January. Neil manages the club and can be contacted on neiljones37@outlook.com or 07503489778.

Under 16s cannot buy a number in their own right but numbers can be bought on their behalf. You can also buy more than one number.

As the Bertie Arms will be closed 2 – 9 January, UVH will be kicking off the New Year with a Thai Supper Evening on Friday January 3rd at 7.30pm.
