The Royal Wedding celebrations!

To celebrate the wedding of Kate Middleton to Prince William, there was a joint Uffington/Tallington Street Party arranged on April 29th 2011 in the Grain Barn. The main reason for the joint venture was because most of the younger children from the two villages attend the Uffington Primary School and they could all join in the fun together, with their friends and families.

The photos below show some of the activities they enjoyed - as well as the party plates brought by the parents!

and more guests come in the Royal bus!

The party really got going..

with lots of plates of goodies donated by the parents.

with them on hand to help out with the drinks, cakes and ice cream.

Everyone could watch the event replayed...

with a few having their own thoughts on the proceedings!

However - the not so Royal family didn’t get their man this time!

After the fantastic feast everyone went home, to live happily ever after - having enjoyed a wonderful day.
